Very fine, large, center seconds, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Three-body, solid, polished, inclined bezel, lapidated lugs, snap-on case back. Matte silver with applied yellow gold arabic and dart indexes. Yellow gold feuille hands. Cal. 27SC, stamped with the Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Notes Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 35 mm. THICKNESS 11 mm. The watch has been preserved in excellent all original condition. Exhibiting beautiful angles on the lugs, a crisp and deep hallmark on the outer side of the lug, a close to perfect dial with nicely raised enamel, a beautiful example of the reference 1578.
