Three-body, egg-shaped, polished, the bezel set with baguette diamonds on the inner and outer edge, baguette-diamond set band, case back with transparent aperture and 6 screws, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown at 4, sapphire crystals. Mother of pearl with painted radial Breguet numerals on an offset engine-turned silver reserve, subsidiary guilloche seconds dial, sector for the power reserve and aperture for moon phases at 12, secret Breguet signature.
