Very fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold, skeletonized, keyless dress watch. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe box and Certificate of Origin. Three-body, solid, "bassine et filets", glazed on both sides, case band and bezels hand-engraved with scrolls, crown set with a cabochon ruby. Black oxidized gold feuille hands. Cal. 17-170, gilt brass, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Notes Case and movement signed. DIAM. 47 mm. The Patek Philippe squelette dress watch is seen only rarely and this watch would appear to be only the fourth example to be offered at auction. The present watch is in extremely good condition and is sold with the original box and Certificate of Origin.
