Very fine and extremely rare, large, quarter-repeating, half- hunting cased keyless silver and gold pocket watch with 1st quality movement. Four-body, bassine, polished, the front cover with gold- rimmed glazed aperture and royal blue champlevé enamel Arabic numerals, gold hinges, crown and repeat-slide. Hinged silver cuvette. White enamel with blue Arabic numerals, outer painted gold dot minute divisions and blue Arabic five-minute numerals, subsidiary seconds. Gold Louis XV hands. 18''', Glashütte 3/4-plate, frosted gilt, 18 jewels, gold chatons with blued steel screws, straight line Glashütte escapement, gold pallet fork and escape wheel, banking with a pin and hole, Lange Guillaume-type balance with gold timing screws, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, the terminal stud adjustable by a screw, diamond endstone, engraved balance cock, swan-neck micrometer regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
