Very fine and rare, 18K yellow, white gold and sapphire gentleman's wristwatch. two body, bi-colour, massive, polished, satine, white gold bezel set with baguette sapphires for the hours, yellow gold case. satine silver with painted indexes, auxiliary seconds dial.
