Very fine and rare, rectangular "bombe", 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch. two body, flared, massive, polished, cylinder crystal. matte silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds dial. "Baton " gold hands. Notes Ref. 1593 Production of this reference started in 1944, few pieces was made with cloisonne enamel dial.
