English School, 19th century. "At the Harvest", oil on canvas, apparently unsigned. Painting depicts a group of farmers around a bull drawn wagon with a donkey in front, the wagon full of harvested wheat that each person in view is in process of reaping or bundling, with a large formation of green trees to the right of composition and the silhouette of a city with tall cathedral tower to left in the far distance behind hazy clouds, with a red threaded blue sky above suggesting dawn. Framed approximately 25 3/8" x 31 3/8", unframed approximately 19.25" x 25.5".
