Extremely fine and unique 18K gold and enamel keyless watch, suspended from a unique Patek Philippe 18K gold and enamel diamond-set watch holder, in the Italian Renaissance style, Ref. 9624. Three-piece, massive, bezel and bow engraved with foliage, the back enamel panel painted with a scene after a detail of the celebrated Veronese painting depicting a pastoral scene of Patrician life. Suspended from a gold watch holder in the Italian Renaissance style, decorated in blue flinque enamel, set with 102 diamonds for a total weight of 0.68 cts. and enhanced by applied lapis lazuli ornaments. White enamel with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Louis XV hands. 17-, rhodium plated punched with the Geneva quality marks, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted for heat and cold isochronism and five positions, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index.
