Three body, massive "Empire", polished silver with ribbed band, gold rims and bow, the back engraved with the arms of the King. Hinged silver cuvette. Frosted silver engine-turned with bold Breguet numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. Notes King Fouad I of Egypt used to buy from Breguet several watches of this type in order to present them to his visitors or to give them in recognition of services rendered.
