Very fine and rare, 18K yellow and pink gold, keyless lapel clip watch, suspended below the clasp of a black lizard and tortoiseshell handbag. Tortoiseshell vertical rectangular with hinged gold clip and gold bezel. Matted silver with Roman numerals. Blued steel "modern" hands.
