Four-body, massive, “bassine et filets”, polished, the back engraved with a monogram. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border. White enamel with Arabic numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold “Louis XV” hands. 17’’’, nickel plated, “fausses côtes” decoration, the ebauche by Victorin Piguet,31 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Special Jules Jürgensen hand-setting device by means of the folding bow patented on 15 January 1867.Signed on the dial, case and movement.Diam. 51 mm.Accompanied by a photocopy of the original workshop log.
