Four-body, massive, “bassine et gouge”, the band with black champlevé enamelled decoration, split-pearl set bezels, cover and back with painted maidens and further floral decoration over a blue enamel ground. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with technical details. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer minute ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold “Louis XV” hands. Glazed 13’’’, gilt brass, 32 jewels, straight line lever escapement with cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balancepring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band.Signed on the dial and cuvette.Diam. 39 mm. Notes J.
