Four-body, "bassine et filets", gold hinged cuvette. White enamel, large radial Arabic numerals, outer minute ring. Elaborate gold "arrow" hands. Notes Patek Philippe watches from the 19th century with center seconds are rare. In addition, this watch features unusually elaborate hands for Patek Philippe, no doubt specially ordered by Bigelow, Kennard, one of the largest retailers in Boston and important Patek Philippe clients.
