Piaget, Ref. 450 B. Produced in the 1990's. Very fine, 18K pink gold lady's wristwatch, set in a 10 U.S. Dollar coin dated 1881, with an 18K pink gold Piaget buckle. Accompanied by a box. double-case, coin opening with a push- piece concealed in the band, two-body hinged inner case, straight lugs. copper-colored with painted bâton indexes. "Bâton" blued steel hands. Cal. 40 P, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 28 mm.
