Fine, stainless steel "Staybrite" gentleman's wristwatch. three-body, brushed, hooded wire lugs. matte silver with painted radial Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds dial. "Spade" blued steel hands. Notes The name "Marconi" was registered as a brand name by Hans Wilsdorf, founder of Rolex. Guglielmo Marconi won the Nobel Prize for physics in 1909. He was successful in sending radio signals over the Atlantic Ocean as early as 1901.
