Very fine and rare, astronomic, minute-repea-ting, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentle-man's wristwatch with an exclusive dial, triple date and moon phases, 40 hours autonomy, and an 18K yellow gold Blancpain buckle. Accompanied by a thuya root wooden fitted box decorated with four black pillasters, featuring a secret drawer for the watch. three-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped bezel, transparent case back, sapphire crystal. mother-of-pearl with applied gold radial Roman numerals, auxiliary ring dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, graduation for the age of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. "Feuille" yellow gold hands. Cal. 33, gilt brass, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 39 jewels, straight line lever escapement, mono-metallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compen-sating flat balance-spring, 21K gold rotor, repea-ting on gongs by activating slide on the band. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Notes This watch, on special request of the purchaser, was equipped with a mother-of-pearl dial and completed in Blancpain’s workshops. The watch is accompanied by a letter from Blancpain, attesting to this original modification.
