Very fine 18K pink gold, moon phase, astronomical, keyless minute-repeating watch with perpetual calendar and split-seconds chronograph, in Patek Philippe leather-covered fitted box. Four-body, massive, "bassine", polished, a helmet engraved on the back. Gold cuvette. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph ring, subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months and subsidiary seconds with inner red calendar ring, moon phase aperture with its age on the border. Blued steel "spade" hands.
