Likely Italian, 17th century. A matched set of 10 hand painted maiolica or faience plates in the Japanese Imari palette with central medallion decorated with flowers in a landscape, the inner wall of the plate with floral medallions on a diaper patterned ground, and the plate rim with floral sprays. Marked to underside in blue underglaze "F. B. F.". Approximately 9.375" diameter.
