Breguet, No. 4933, circa 1920.Fine and rare silver keyless split-seconds chronograph with instantaneous 60-minute register, stop feature and Guillaume balance, which won "Bulletin de Première Classe" in original leather fitted box. Notes To find a Breguet watch with complications and with a "Bulletin de Marche" is very rare.
