Three-piece by "Keystone" using J. Boss patent, polished, screwed bezel and back with reeded borders. White enamel recessed center, with alternating red and black Arabic numerals going from 1 to 8 and repeated three times, outer minute track, subsidiary sunk seconds. Blued steel "Double Swell Spade" hands. Notes This is one of the rarest 24-hour dials known. Many collectors and experts in the field have speculated regarding its purpose. One thought is that the dial was made to indicate shift changes.
