Cartier, Paris, circa 1910. Very fine 18K gold and enamel keyless slim chronograph dress watch with 30-minute register. Three-body, "knife-shaped", polished, with a champlevé enamel coat-of-arms under a crown on the back cover. Silvered and matte, Arabic numerals, outer minute ring and outermost seconds divisions with five-minute Arabic markers. Blued steel Breguet hands.
