Notes Patek Philippe pocket watches with jump hour mechanisms are rare. Although the company started experimenting as early as the 1880's, only a handful were produced and usually on special order. For instance, the preceding watch No. 820812, also with a jump hour feature, was made on the express order of Cowell & Hubbard Co., in Cleveland, Ohio.
