Made in 1942, sold on April 24, 1942.Very fine and probably unique 18K yellow gold and enamel dial gentleman's wristwatch with 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. three-body, solid, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs. white enamel with painted Breguet numerals, auxiliary seconds dial. "Spade" blued steel hands. Notes Production of this reference started in 1932.
