Unsigned, Geneva, circa 1800. Fine 18K gold and painted on enamel, split-pearl-set watch. Two-body, back painted on enamel with a gentleman playing on a guitar, while a lady listens behind, graduated split-pearl garlands on top and bottom, below drapes of green and red translucent enamels, two doves at the top, bezel with white ad azure enamel forming repeated pattern. 40 mm, hinged, frosted gilt full-plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement brasbalance with flat balance spring, continental cock. Diam. 50 mm.
