Four-body, "bassine", back decorated in high relief painted on enamel diamond-set rose, on opaque blue enamel background with enameled rose stem and leaves, band and bezel in the same opaque blue enamel with gold leaves, gold hinged cuvette. Fleur-de-lis gold and enamel brooch decorated with matching diamond-set rose in high relief on blue background. White enamel, blue Breguet numerals, outer minute gold paillon dot divisions. Blued steel "spade" hands. Notes The trademark found on the watch was registered by Braillard in 1897. A year before they won a Gold Medal at the Swiss National Exhibition of Horology in Geneva. They specialized in high quality watches, fantasy ball watches. In about 1910 they advertised making watches decorated with enamel in high relief.
