Patek, Philippe & Cie. , Genève, No. 860611, case No. 615992, made for Spaulding-Gorham, circa 1938.Very fine and rare two-tone Art Deco 18K rose and white gold slim keyless watch accompanied by a gold knife and gold chain, in original retailer's leather fitted box. Three-piece "moderne", brushed, white gold wire around the band terminating in the bow with two loops. 14K pink gold chain with square links and matching knife with two steel blades. Two-tone, pink gold with applied white gold pyramidal indexes, center brushed vertically giving a two tone effect. White gold "dauphine" hands. Notes A very rare design for Patek Philippe.
