Rolex, "Oyster Perpetual", "Chronometer", Ref. 3372. Produced in the 1940's. Very fine, tonneau-shaped, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with a gold plated Rolex buckle. two-body, polished, screwed-down case back and crown. champagne with radium-coated Arabic numerals and indexes. "Skeleton" radium-coated hands. Notes Ref. 3372 This watch was always accompanied by- and sold with a "Bulletin de Marche". The stainless steel models are slightly different than the steel/gold and gold ones. In 1940, the cost of the center-seconds model was higher than the one with small seconds.
