Very fine and rare, square, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch étanche à cornes capuchonnées with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. two-body, solid, polished and brushed, hooded lugs, with special 3-piece sliding lateral bars to keep the watch resistant to humidity and dust. matte silver with applied pink gold pyramidal indexes and Roman numerals, auxiliary seconds dial. Pink gold "Bâton" hands. Notes Ref. 1485, "étanche" and Ref. 1486, "étanche à cornes capuchonnées". Production of these references started in 1940. Both models have special sliding lateral bars to keep the watch resistant to humidity and dust; reference 1486 has hooded lugs.
