Three-body, the hinged watch within the coin opening by a pushpiece concealed in the band. Champagne with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel "bâton" hands. Notes Patek Philippe began experimenting with coin watches in the 1920s. In the late 1940s the company launched a limited series of coin watches, reference 803, with cases fitted by one of the best casemakers, Croitier.
