Very fine and very rare, gold and silver hunting-cased early Patek. five-body, “bassine”, the front with applied and engraved gold mask and foliage on silver vermicelli engine-turned background, back en suite with a scene depicting a boar hunt, gold bezels, hinges, neck and bow, gilt silver hinged cuvette. white enamel, Roman numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel Breguet hands.
