Very fine, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. two-body, solid, polished, inner metal band to protect the movement, flat bezel, concave lugs. black with applied yellow gold baton and pyramidal indexes, auxiliary seconds dial. Yellow gold "Dauphine" hands.
