Chinese, likely late 19th/early 20th century. Porcelain figural sculpture depicting a seated man with flared black eyebrows and mustache on face, also with elongated earlobes. Man wearing blue and white fish scale decorated tunic under diaper patterned and meandering scroll bordered robe. Chair or throne visible on back and sides with blue and white octagonal cartouches with floral motif surrounding circular medallion at center with cloud scrolls above stylized waves. Small rectangular pierced hole between figure's shoulder blades. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 13.75", width 7", depth 5".
