Very fine tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman’s wristwatch with pink dial, round button chronograph, registers, tachometer and telemeter, and a gold-plated Rolex buckle. two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown. pink with applied gold dart indexes, "guilloché" subsidiary sunk seconds, 12-hour and 30-minute register dials, outer tachometer graduations, concentric, telemeter scale in blue Arabic numerals. Pink gold "Alpha" hands. Notes Ref. 6034 Produced in the 1950s and early 1960s, Ref. 6034 followed Ref. 4537, which was produced in 1946 in very few examples, in yellow or pink gold, and stainless steel.
