Two-body, "fermée type", back carved from a single piece of rock crystal, eight lobes, hinged bezel formedfrom a gilt brass mounted single piece of rock crystal, small gilt pendant, loose ring, small finial. Silver chapterring with radial Roman numerals fixed to a gilt brass engraved plate, center engraved with a view of a city, borderwith foliate pattern. Oval, 26 x 21 mm, gilt brass, full plate, turned baluster pillars, fusee and gut, short 3-wheel train, verge escapement, circular steel foliot, irregular pinned cock, mainspring set-up with gilt brass clockdecorated en suite with the cock.Dim. 42 x 25 mm.
