Rolex "Prince Aerodynamic", Ref. 3361, retailed by Giudici Milano. Manufactured in the 1940s. Very fine and rare rectangular curved, asymmetrical, center-seconds, 18K pink gold wristwatch with a pink gold-plated Rolex buckle. Two-body, shaped, solid, polished. Pink with painted Roman numerals and Bâton indexes. Blued steel"Bâton" hands. Notes Ref. 3361 This asymmetrical Rolex Prince wristwatch was presented at the 1939 Swiss National Exhibition in Zurich. Examining the profile, one sees the difference in thickness between the top and of the bottom of the case. The present model has always been made in gold, never in stainless steel. It is called "Aerodynamic" in the 1940s advertisements.
