Châtelaine: painted enamel on gold, four links, allpainted with domestic scenes, borders matching the bezels,four gold and painted on enamel chains for key, charms, andseal. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minutedivisions with five-minute Arabic markers, winding aperture at3 o’clock. Diamond-set "Louis XV" hands. 36 mm, hinged,frosted gilt full-plate with pentagonal baluster pillars, fusee andchain, verge escapement, brass balance with flat balancespring, continental cock with steel endplate.Signed on the movement, châtelaine numbered 2688 andpunched with a salamander and a royal crown.Diam. 44 mm.
