So-called "Pre-Daytona" Rolex Oyster Chronograph, "Antimagnetic", Ref. 6034. Produced in the 1950s - 60s. Very fine tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman’s wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer and telemeter. Two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown. Black with applied gold pyramidalindexes and Arabic numerals, guilloché sunk subsidiary seconds, 12-hour and 30-minute register dials, outergold painted tachometer and telemeter graduations. Yellow gold "Skeleton" hands. Notes Ref. 6034 Produced in the 1950s and at the beginning of the 1960s, Ref. 6034 succeeded to Ref. 4537 which was produced in 1946 in very few examples, in yellow or pink gold, and in stainless steel.
