Two-body, "Lépine" type, the back painted on enameldepicting Cupid igniting the altar of love, white champlevéenamel frame, whole on translucent Imperial blue enamel overengine-turning, pearl-set frame on translucent Imperial blueenamel background, pendant and bow en suite. Châtelaine: fivelinks, gold hinged spoon, top link with painted on enamelmedallion depicting a cherub leaning against a blue crest withrampant swan surmounted by a coronet within a pearl-setframe, two lower panels with quivers for love arrows and bou-quetof flowers, the lowest two with translucent Imperial blueenamel set with pearls, two chains, one with blank seal, theother with matching painted on enamel key. White enamel,radial Arabic numerals, outer minute dot divisions, windingaperture at 4 o’clock. Gold "arrowhead" hands. 30 mm,frosted gilt full-plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain,verge escapement, steel balance with flat balance spring,single-footed cock.Signed on the movement.Diam. 40 mm.
