Patek Philippe & Co. , Geneva, No. 80688, made for H. Wachhorst, Sacramento, circa 1885. Very fine and rare 18K gold keyless watch with split-second chronograph. Four-body, "bassine", gold hinged with inner "sunburst" damascened, split-second button at 11. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute and chronograph rings with Arabic five-minute/seconds markers, sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands.
