Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives. Three-body, solid, polished, gold cuvette with dedication, screwed wire lugs. White enamel with painted Breguet numerals. Pink gold "spade" hands.
