Very fine and rare, rectangular "bombé", flared, 18K yellow gold gentleman,s wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave sides, pillar shaped lugs, two-facet crystal. Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart and dot indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. Notes 1593 Production of this reference started in 1944. It was made in pink, white and yellow gold; a very few examples with have polychrome cloisonné enamel dials.
