Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman,s wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold heavy Patek Philippe bracelet "a petites mailles". Accompanied by the "Extract from the Archives". Two-body, solid, polished, screwed-down case back, concave lugs, dust-protecting cap. Beige with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and bâton indexes, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer tachometer and 1/5th second graduation. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. Cal. 13-130, rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm. Height 13 mm.Approx overall length 20 mm.. Notes Ref. 1463 Production of this reference started in 1940. The reference was produced in yellow and pink gold, and few examples in stainless steel.
