Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and four-tone gilt sector dial, with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the "Extract from the Archives". Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave bezel and lugs. Four-tone gold with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals numerals and painted indexes, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer tachometer graduation, concentric, 1/5th second scale and minute track.
