Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant down to 30 meters, 18K yellow gold gentleman's chronometer wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Ulysse Nardin buckle. Accompanied by original box. Three-body, solid, polished, back embossed with Lion of San Marco symbol in relief and signature, sapphire-set winding-crown with the initials U.N. and logo, sapphire crystal. In polychrome "cloisonné" enamel representing the ship "Treasure Boat Zheng He", applied gold dot indexes. Yellow gold "Feuille" hands. Cal. 2892-A2 gilt brass, “fausses-cotes” and "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 37 mm. Height 8 mm. Notes San Marco Chronometers. This series was produced in several limited editions in 18K yellow gold, some of 12 and others of 25 examples, each edition with different ships on the dials. They were specially made to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Ulysse ardin, the dials being enameled by Michel Vermot, Le Locle. The naval history of over 50 countries in the world has been closely associated to Ulysse ardin for over 100 years. Some of the most famous historical ships are represented on the "cloisonné" enamel dials of this special series of watches.
