Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 968284, case No. 660773, Ref. 2431. Produced circa 1951. Very fine and rare, unusual, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch. Two-body, solid, polished, overhanging twisted and fluted teardrop lugs, rounded band. Bronze with applied pink gold dart indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds. Pink gold "bâton" hands.
