Extremely fine and very rare, unusual, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box. Two-body, solid, polished, overhanging twisted and fluted teardrop lugs, rounded band. Matte silver with applied pink gold dart and dot indexes, Arabic numerals for the 12, subsidiary seconds.
