Very fine and extremely rare, rectangular, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave hooded lugs with scroll lugs, "bombé" crystal. Champagne with applied pink gold dot indexes and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds.
