Fine and rare, keyless, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with single button chronograph, instantaneous 30-minute register and pulsometer. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, engine-turned case back, gold hinged cuvette with UN inscription. White enamel with Arabic numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, outermost pulsometer graduation to 30 pulsations, subsidiary sunk seconds dial at 6, sunk 30-minute register at 12. Blued steel "spade" hands.
