Very fine and very rare, asymmetric, rectangular curved, 18K pink gold gentleman’s wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed. Matte silver with applied pink gold pyramidal indexes and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold "baton" hands.
