Longines, "Chronometro Medical", No. 4105788. Produced circa 1910. Fine, keyless, 18K yellow gold chronograph watch with instantaneous 30-minute register and pulsometer graduation. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, gold hinged cuvette decorated with Grand Prix medals from different exhibitions. White enamel with Arabic numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, outermost graduation to 30 pulsations, subsidiary sunk seconds and 30-minute register. Blued steel "Spade" hands.
